Conditions of service.

Monthly payment is in advance (Pay Before Service)

Ensure your payment is confirmed online or offline before your waste pickup day. Only the official company account details are recognised.

Any form of cash payment is at your own risk.

Payment day is on or 24 hours before the 1st of a new month

This applies irrespective of the day you registered, to enable confirmation of the transfer made or POS terminal used.

No payment, no picking of waste

Pickups stop from the 1st day of a new month until payment is confirmed.

No skipping of monthly service

Once skipped, you pay for all months skipped. It's a rental system.

Waste bags must be tied to prevent water inlet

E.g. plantain farm stems are not to be put in the bags.

No sand, bricks or farm produce.

No broken bottles, sharp objects, injections or broken glass

These can injure our personnel. If any damage is caused, the client is expected to take up the cost of treatment of the personnel.

Infested waste will not be picked

If your waste is infested with soldier ants or any form of rodents, it will not be picked until it is fumigated by the client. It will then be picked on the next pickup day.

Inaccessible roads

If your house is not accessible by our truck due to a flooded road or a road that will sink our truck, we stay clear of the zone until an alternate access road is found or the road returns to normal.

Do not give tips to personnel on duty

If you must appreciate anyone, kindly send it through the management and it will be disbursed accordingly.

Never pay cash to staff without a receipt

Ensure the receipt is snapped and sent to the office for payment confirmation, to avoid paying twice.

Non-compliance may lead to suspension

Non-compliance with company policy can lead to immediate suspension of our services without prior notice.

Missed pickup day

In case we do not meet up at your house on your pickup day, kindly exercise patience till the next day.
